

Rudy Spelker, the faith-driven House Manager of the 5th Avenue House, has six months of experience guiding men in recovery. He emphasises building a sober support network and finds his strength through his faith. A devoted family man, Rudy enjoys fishing with his children and grandchildren during sober weekends. His commitment to fostering a supportive environment makes him a valued community member.

Kathy has been connected to A Way Out Sober Living for a number of years. She has successfully served as house manager at Danielle's House and our Waverly women's sober home. Currently, she is a house manager at Lakeview Ranch in Dassel and provides operational support and oversight of our women's sober homes.

Chad has extensive background in business operations and has been connected to sober throughout his recovery journey. He provides operational support for business growth, marketing outreach, and serves at a house manager at our Dassel Location.




Shawn been at AWOSL since March 2025, and it has been pivotal to his sobriety. Currently, he is working step nine with his sponsor who he met at the third tradition group in Northfield (home group). He has chaired 20 AA meetings and was a speaker at the 43 anniversary of The Third Tradition Group.

David graduated from North Star Treatment Center in June of 2024. He believes strongly in giving thanks to God, attending recovery meetings, and working with a sponsor. It has allowed he to live out my sobriety.

Adam has been a house manager since September, he is active in AA and speaking engagements, and enjoy distance running and spending time with my two boys.
