Derrick Haase is in recovery and is an active member of the AA/NA community. He is the Founder and CEO of AWOSL. His passion to assist those in recover striving to find a better path is what fuels his high energy approach to life.  He is a father of six children and a grandfather of 27. Derrick owns a number of businesses and in his free time he enjoys family, cooking, pickleball, and exercise.

Brent Paschke is the Director of  Operations for A way out Sober Living. He comes from a career in healthcare and corporate leadership. He has been around sober living for over a decade. He is passionate about being of service to others and creating opportunities for those in recovery to move forward.
