 Derrick is in recovery and is an active member of the AA/NA community. He is the Founder and CEO of AWOSL. His passion to assist those in recover striving to find a better path is what fuels his high energy approach to life.  He is a father of six children and a grandfather of 27.  Chad has extensive background in business operations and has been connected to sober living throughout his recovery. He provides operational support for business growth and marketing outreach. In addition to business operations position he serves as a house manager at the Lakeview Ranch location in Dassel, MN.             operations@awayoutsoberliving.com

 Kathy has been connected to A Way Out Sober Living for a number of years. She has successfully served as house manager at Danielle's House and our Waverly women's sober home. Currently, she is the house manager at Lakeview Ranch in Dassel and provides operational support and oversight of our women's sober homes.
