Derrick H is in recovery and is an active member of the AA/NA community. He has a passion to assist those in recover striving to find a better path.  He is a father of six children and a grandfather of 26. Derrick owns a number of businesses and is the founder of A Way Out Sober Living. In his free time he enjoys family, cooking, and exercise.

Jerry B is in recovery and is a Christ Centered man of faith. He is the Operations Manager of A Way Out Sober Living. In addition he is a father of 5 and a former Army Ranger. Jerry is also passionate about assisting those in recover find employment, restore their finances, and make amends.
